Terroir 2016, Toronto

Roberto Bava from Giulio Cocchi was one of the speakers at Terroir Symposium 2016, which brings together innovative and creative influencers from the field of hospitality, including chefs, food and beverage experts, writers and business leaders.

He was part of the Panel “The Pairing: a review of doctrine” together with François Chartier and Lauren Mote and of the session on Food Culture and  Vermouth Riserva with Pay Chen,  Kavita Meelu, Eyuo Kemal Sevinc and Roni Saslove.
