Negroni

Recipe:

1 oz Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino

1 oz Campari (or other italian bitter liqueur)

1 oz Gin

Garnish with a fresh orange zest

How to do it:

Add all the ingredients into a stirring glass filled with ice and stir well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with an orange zest.

If the stirring glass is not available, this cocktail can be mixed directly in the old-fashioned glass.

TWIST IT! Following the same “structure” and method, try swapping Gin with Tequila, Mezcal or Bourbon, or swap the Campari with an Amaro.

The king of Italian aperitivos, the Negroni is a bittersweet and intense cocktail perfectly suited at any time of the day.
