Recipe:

30 ml Cocchi Extra Dry

30 ml Sakè

45 ml Lemon and mandarin juice

10 ml Orgeat with black pepper

How to do it:

Pour all ingredients into mixing tin, add ice and insert strainer. Pour from one mixing tin to the other 5 times.
Finally, serve in the glass and garnish with mandarin and pepper.
