Recipe:

45ml Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino

30ml Caffé espresso

30ml Spiced Rum

15ml honey syrup (mix 9ml honey with 6ml warm water)

How to do it:

Chill a coupette glass in the freezer for 5 minutes. Once cold, garnish a side of it with icing sugar.

Pour all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well, then pour in the chilled coupette glass while straining.
