Aperitivo Rosa

Recipe:

50 ml Cocchi Rosa

Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic

Two basil leaves

Five strawberry crisps

Black pepper

How to do it:

 

Build in a small wine glass over ice. Start with Cocchi Rosa, top with tonic and add garnish with basil, strawberry crisps and black pepper.
