Americano sorbet

1/2 Cup Americano Cocchi

3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

the zest of one large orange

2-3 sprigs fresh thyme (about a tablespoon of thyme leaves)

2-3 sage leaves

4 large ripe peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced

How to do it:
