Speciality Brands had chosen Brian Gonzalez Fernandez’s “Barolo Cioccolato” cocktail for England.
The dutch Copper&Barrell had mentioned “Cocchiccino”, Helder Jose Forte Silva’s creation.
They are both attending the meeting in the central stage of Salon du Chocolat di Milano, due on saturday 2/17 “Cocoa in glass: chocolate cocktail in international mixology” (Il cacao nel bicchiere: cocktail al cioccolato nella miscelazione internazionale)
